Ibis Amsterdam City West Hotel

This hotel is a great value for the money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident. The location, although not close to the centre, is situated near the Metro line, making it easy to get to the city centre quickly. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided. The rooms have a cool interior, with an electric heater and three beds. Additionally, breakfast is included, with a few options of food.

Nothing to improve, everything was alright.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and accommodating welcome we received upon arrival. Despite it being early in the morning, the staff offered us hot or cold beverages and checked if our room was available for immediate check-in. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the included breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with transportation and activities. we experienced five-star service at affordable prices. Highly recommended!

The place was contemporary, clean, had excellent staff and rooms. There was a good bar on site, enjoyed this place.

Everything was simply good. The continental breakfast was especially for the price, appreciated it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easily accessible for exploring the city. it is just a short bus journey away from the city center, allowing guests to easily visit all the main attractions. The staff are friendly and always available to assist with any queries or concerns. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having a Burger King next door for quick meals.

There were some issues with the room amenities, such as missing tea, sugar, milk, and cups.

I liked the beds, they were comfortable, and how brilliant the staff was. The food was outstanding and with plenty of options. Compact, bright room with essentials. Pleasant hotel, had a really excellent service.

The location was not the best.

Clean rooms, average prices, super nice staff. Bus stop in front of the hotel, free parking on weekends. 15-20 minute bus ride to city center. Easy to find from airport with fast check-in and check-out. Great breakfast with good choices. Nice room with spacious bed. Free wifi and luggage room.

My stay was such wonderful here. The setting was unbeatable, very close to city centre, the subway.

Nothing too much trouble, I 100% recommend staying here. The staff is welcoming, the breakfast delicious, the ocation is perfect so close to centre as well as tram station. The check out is late.

The hotel's location, right opposite the bus station, made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, with frequent service to the city center.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location and easy access to the city center and airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even preparing a special vegan meal for one of us. The rooms were comfortable, with inviting pillows and beds, and the small bathrooms were a unique touch. We appreciated being able to check in early and the delicious breakfast options.

We felt very welcomed, no complaints.

Great attention, good location near fast food places and public transportation, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, availability of bicycle hire service.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
